The CrowdStrike Falcon platform is available to purchase today with volume licensing to help medium and large enterprises as well as public sector organizations consolidate spend, platforms and contracts while meeting security and compliance needs. CrowdStrike will also be available across a broad set of Dell offerings, including with the purchase of Dell commercial PCs in the coming months.

Last week we announced our Q4 and full-year fiscal 2023 financial results. We had another strong year with record profitability in a challenging environment. I want to thank our customers and partners who trusted us with their business. We delivered record full-year revenue of $102.3 billion, up 1%. We continue to be #1 in servers and storage, and we expect to gain one or more basis points in mainstream server and storage revenue when IDC CY22 results come out this month. In PCs, we gained more than 140 bps of commercial PC unit share in CY22 - our 10th consecutive year of share gains.

All financial results for the second quarter ended January 31, 2023, and related comparisons to prior periods included in this release have not been reviewed or audited, are based on the Company's estimates, and were prepared prior to the completion of the Company's financial statement close process.

Cloud services and license support revenues were up 17% in USD and up 20% in constant currency to $8.9 billion. Cloud license and on-premise license revenues were unchanged in USD and up 4% in constant currency to $1.3 billion. For the third quarter of fiscal 2023, Cerner contributed $1.5 billion to total revenues.

Q3 GAAP operating income was $3.3 billion. Non-GAAP operating income was $5.2 billion, up 8% in USD and up 11% in constant currency. GAAP operating margin was 26%, and non-GAAP operating margin was 42%. GAAP net income was $1.9 billion, and non-GAAP net income was $3.4 billion. Q3 GAAP earnings per share was $0.68 while non-GAAP earnings per share was $1.22. Without the impact of the U.S. dollar strengthening compared to foreign currencies, Oracle's reported Q3 non-GAAP earnings per share would have been 5 cents higher.
